How do i make a booking at WPH?

How do i know my WPH Taxi has arrived?

We would normally contact you via the supplied phone number given to us, or knock on the door.

Airport Transfer.

We recommend to allow at least 2 hrs to get to either Heathrow or Gatwick for Airport Tranfers.

Can multiple pick up & drop off's be arranged?

Yes. Please provide all the relevant information & location addresses at the time of the original booking.

If my flight is delayed or cancelled?

At the time of booking you are asked for the flight number, this allows your driver to check the flight details and ETA. Incase of cancellation please call us directly on +44 (0)7952 839874 to inform us.

Do you charge a waiting time at the Airport?

We normally arrive 30 minutes after your flight has landed and wait for you, therefore on most occasions waiting time is free.

I cannot find my driver

Please contact us on +44 (0)7952 839874 and we will contact your driver to alert them you are waiting for collection, and arrange a specific meeting point.

Something of mine has been left in one of your cars.

Please contact us on +44 (0)7952 839874 and we will try and locate your item and arrange to return it to you.

Do we provide child seats/boosters?

No- But are happy to use yours and store them until your return.

How do i obtain an invoice or receipt?

Please arrange this with WPH when setting up your account. Also notify us of any changes.

Taxi driver checks

All our vehicles are fully insured. Drivers are criminal record checked and passed medically fit to drive.

If you have a specific question or concern, please contact us in advance to discuss your needs by using our contact details before you make a booking, this way we  can ascertain if we can provide you with specific assistance and meet your needs.

How much luggage can fit in the car?

Normally our cars can fit 4 large suitcases and 4 small ones.

Can I pay by credit card or cash?

The answer is yes to both. Credit card or cash is accepted. If wanting to pay using a credit card it would be helpful to our drivers to let us know during the booking process.
